First description of our project's idea

Please answer to the three expected questions:
1. What Problem do you want to solve ?
We concentrated our subject of study on the impact of polution in our environment and specified our research on the impact of waste collection. During our investigation we found that waste collection are divided into 3 categories : dangerous, not dangerous and industrial garbage. We decided to focus on the most common and bigger one : the non dangerous waste collection that recieve most of our household waste.
The pollution of a waste collection can be divided in 4 categories :
-air pollution
-odor pollution
-water pollution
-ground pollution
We decided to focus on the air pollution that imply all the problems linked to the wind and the dispertion of the wastes around the waste collection.
2. Why does this problem exist?
This problem is mainly due to the lack of installation of stopping this kind of pollution. Indeed it's quite difficult to find a way of blocking the air pollution of the wind that can follow the expansion of the waste collection.
It's even more difficult to establish if the pollution is directly linked to the waste collection and if the wate collection can be responsible of the impact on the environment.
An other explaination to this problem is the location itself of most of the waste collection. Indeed most of them are situated oustside of big agglomeration and it's difficult to report the damage on the environment when it doesn't affect yout living space.
3. What breakthrough are you commited to creating? In order to find anissue toour problem, we decided to create a system that can be applied ni all kind of waste collection regarding the type of environment around it. It shhould not be too much expensive for not stopping the interest of waste collection's directors and capable of adaptation depending on the size or the form of the waste colletion. The system should be able to stop most of the air pollution and strong anough to resist in a case of huge wind. Most of all this system should not be a danger for environment.
