First description of our project
1. What Problem do you want to solve ?
How to improve the everyday life of the humans who are albinos, in particular with regard to their intolerance in the light? We wish to improve their everyday life and to find solutions for their comfort of life. The light being omnipresent in our everyday life and it is an essential source of energy for a normal human, but a constraint for albino.
2. Why does this problem exist?
The companies set up many ways to help physically disabled leaving other disabilities aside. Albinism is often forgotten and is not considered like a disability because the person can live "normally". In general, people with disabilities are poorly understood and have difficulty to integrate themselves.
3. What breakthrough are you commited to creating?
We would like to improve the lives of albinos in allowing them to more easily exposed to light. Our idea would be to equip a public place such as a school, with windows which doesn’t let UV rays. Thus, from an early age, the child's integration in his environment would be easier.
